What do you think of this small house floor plan?
I was looking for a house to build for sale and have a budget to be reduced to keep it at the moment … Perhaps the next may be larger. I just built a (now finished) and I learned a lot. I want a level one on a slab to facilitate the construction of speed. Also no stairs is a money saver and time. I want 3 bedrooms so that it adapts to the average family. and a few bonuses like walk in closets and an open concept. Master suite is large and nice to have a law in the porch. and a separate laundry room located in the center. also all dressing rooms … well I think. without losing sight of its small size is what do you think of this? please tell me your opinion as it is for sale Your opinions are what counts.
Although prevous answers have valid arguments, I feel it's a house I could live in me. The only thing I would change is the overall size of the room, which would bring it more in the range of 1500 m². And I'm not crazy about entering the MBR being off the CD. I would also like to return to the building slab over a basement, which would give the possibility to expand the living area and / or storage as well as keep the house warm (cold slabs are almost always demand carpetting because of it) downsizing is huge, and I'm looking a house like this with very little yard … just a courtyard with a patio, water feature, and a fireplace. unsold homes are unsold because they require significant updated and have a floor plan poor. This is not the case with this, you have vaulted ceilings (almost impossible to do with the houses Ranch addition, you'll probably have a better insulation in new version, you'll want to have granite countertops and vanity, and in general can spec all the "must-have" finishes the get-go.) I would definitely make sure to put this house on a very small "zero line Lot "plot to concentrate on the low maintenance of this house. I would buy in a minute if it had a basement, had an entry MBR more appropriate, was slightly larger and was built on very little.
