I am a credit analyst estate real commercial, tries to make some more money on the side. I wanted to start a small business, so I came up with some that I do ... ORGANIZER. I live in Naples, FL ... where there are a LOT of disposable income. I want my services to include organizing closets, garages, and moving (packing and unpacking help the most popular here). I intend to give free estimates to potential customers and feel this is an easy and fun to make money ... Working on my own, with little overhead (supplies and travel only) What do you think? If you were a millionaire, would you pay someone $ 500 to organize your garage? Thank you for your thoughts! 
I am a student doing the same thing. There are sooooo much opportunity that many people have busy lives and need help now organizing their homes. I just finished a class that was taught by an order (Professional organizer) and she has been in business over a year and had a pretty steady stream of customers. There are also tons of information on the Web which you can retrieve them at no cost to learn tips and tricks of the trade. Also, there is a forum www.getorganizednow and a good book, you can buy into a purchase order. Good luck to you!
