Does anyone know what the house described?
A house designed "in harmony with the landscape." To reduce the need heating and cooling, prevailing winds and temperatures were taken into account to locate the building. The house also uses two less known environmentally friendly technologies: geothermal heating and recycling of wastewater. Inside a closet, a collection pipe is deep in the earth, down where the sun does not shine and the temperature is constantly 67 degrees. Water circulates Through this area, then back home through the pipes to heat or cool the building. The system uses less electricity than conventional heating and cooling facilities, but the electricity does come from the local power grid. The house also has a good and recycles its water. Water running down a bathtub drain is known as "gray water", water from the toilet is "black water". This house recycles two types of filtration tanks underground and uses the resulting clean water in the garden. Hint: it's Crawford, Texas.
